- Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide first contact resolution of customer issues via chat and e-mail. Answer questions and help customers on forums and Facebook. Deliver timely and accurate responses to customer questions and requests.
- Manage GM teams and test basic bugs after you get reports from customers and GMs; report the issues to the operation teams and make sure the information is shared within the team.
- Deal with payment issues.
- Display a professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor to employees and customers.
- Give weekly/monthly reports to relevant department and your team leader.
- Bachelor degree or higher.
- Fluent in German and English or Chinese.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A team player.
