German Customer Service

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide first contact resolution of customer issues via chat and e-mail. Answer questions and help customers on forums and Facebook. Deliver timely and accurate responses to customer questions and requests.
  • Manage GM teams and test basic bugs after you get reports from customers and GMs; report the issues to the operation teams and make sure the information is shared within the team.
  • Deal with payment issues.
  • Display a professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor to employees and customers.
  • Give weekly/monthly reports to relevant department and your team leader.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or higher.
  • Fluent in German and English or Chinese.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
